Prices are quoted per institution on request — currency and billing period follow the country you register in, so you are billed in your local currency through the card and mobile-money rails that country uses.

Before you ask
Can we use our own grading scheme?
Yes. Grade boundaries, grade points and classification bands are configured per institution; nothing is hardcoded to one country's convention.
Does it handle resits?
Resits are tracked against the year they were failed at and are enforced at registration in later academic years.
Do you handle open and distance learning?
Not on this product. A distance arm has requirements a campus system quietly fails at — content released on a calendar, attendance that cannot be a roll-call, examinations allocated to a venue — so it is a separate product, Akadesk Tertiary Online, on its own database. Institutions running both operate them as two systems, which is how a distance centre is usually constituted anyway.
Who can generate a transcript?
Registry roles only. Transcript generation is permissioned separately from result entry and every generation is recorded.
